Tales Of Kindness

Join master storyteller Kamini Ramachandran in this special session showcasing the winner of the ‘Write for Kindness’ story-writing competition. Listen to what happened in Nido and The Ants. A highly visual session with lots of accompanying illustrations and a follow-on craft activity for little ones to create! Be inspired to start sharing and showing kindness.

There will be two sessions of storytelling followed by craft activity:

4.00pm - 4.30pm

4.30pm - 5.00pm

After five months of channeling their creative juices into a children’s book with a kindness theme of Pay it Forward, the champion team from Yuhua Secondary School of the ‘Write for Kindness’ story-writing competition will be showcasing their kindness story at SWF, as told by Kamini.

Write for Kindness, a national story-writing competition organised by the Singapore Kindness Movement (SKM) is a platform for secondary school, junior college and centralised institute students to promote kindness to preschoolers by creating age-appropriate and culturally relevant children’s stories through creative writing and illustration.
