The lion is a regal character in many folktales and known for his fierce rule over the animal kingdom. But have you heard of the little creatures who tricked the almighty lion? Join storyteller Kamini Ramachandran as she tells tales inspired by Raden Saleh’s series of paintings Study in Lions. This programme is held in conjunction with the exhibition Between Worlds: Raden Saleh and Juan Luna. Suitable for children ages 4 and above.

About Stories in Art

Stories in Art takes place every second Saturday and Sunday at 2.30–3.15pm and 3.30–4.15pm. Each month, master storyteller Kamini Ramachandran of MoonShadow Stories tells folktales inspired by different artworks in the Gallery.
